PMDC New Admission Policy for MBBS/BDS Admissions for year 2019

Pakistan Medical & Dental Council ( PM&DC) has announced  new admission policy for MBBS/BDS for academic session 2019-20.

The admission criteria for MBBS and BDS  country has been changed. The 10% matriculation marks have been removed from the weightage of entry test aggregate.

According to the new formula of marks aggregate, only F.Sc marks ( Eq) and Provincial entry test marks will be counted for admissions.

F.Sc ( and eq) and Entry Test will carry 50% marks each.

 

 

FSC-and-Entry-Test-Criteria

Students having  Minimum 60% marks will be for admission . Students with aggregate below 70% marks  in Entry Test and F.Sc (or eq) will not be eligible for admission in any medical college of Pakistan working under Medical & Dental Council ( PM&DC).

Minimum 60% marks will be required to qualify for admission. Students with aggregate below 70% in Entry Test and F.Sc (or eq) will not be eligible for admission to any medical college.

MCAT Criteria 2019

MCAT Criteria 2019 marks distribution.

The 200 Questions will comprise of :

Biology : 80 Marks

Chemistry : 60 Marks

Physics : 40 Marks

English : 20 Marks

Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking in MCAT 2019.
